I positioned myself between this statue of Solomon Juneau (Milwaukee's founder ) and the rising sun cast it into silhouette and created a rich halo like glow around it. Framing the statue with leafless branches helped the effect by contrasting the light and dark areas.

Sculling Past Usingers

The soft evening light bathed this photo of a lone boater sculling towards Usinger's sausage factory. The boater and the famous Milwaukee landmark show in muted, glowing tones.

Old Clock

The jeweler's clock in front of the Milwaukee Historical Society's museum reminds us of years gone by. A steeple reflected in the building's window adds to the old world charm.

Walkway Mirror

One of Milwaukee's famous skyways reflects older buildings. I love the way the old and the new rub shoulders together in Milwaukee!

Snowy Milwaukee River

A delightful winter scene in downtown Milwaukee! The snow on the bridge over the Milwaukee River offsets the buildings jutting up from its banks. Add this to your winter art collection!

Downtown MIlwaukee in Fall

I have always loved the magnificent crisp colors that fill downtown Milwaukee in the fall. This photo is an example of just such a scene.

Sailing Past Downtown

Yachts pass by the US Bank building and Calatrava. This photo is a tribute to summer in Milwaukee. Customers tell me that the prominent yacht in front belongs to the Milwaukee Community Sailing Center.
