Lake View
Looking from Lake Michigan, the famous Milwaukee skyline is silhouetted by the setting sun.

Solomon Juneau Hut In Mist
The lush green of the vegetation and the colors of the dandelions really enhance this photo of Solomon Juneau's Hut in Milwaukee. The hut emerges from a strong mist - adding to the romance and the feeling of traveling back through time to the point where he built his little home. This replica of his home is built on the very spot that he lived.

Another misty photo from Juneau Park! You can really get a sense that you are inside a huge forest.

Buffalo and Broadway
The gargoyles guarding the intersection of Buffalo and Broadway have weathered over the decades - and this has lent them more character.

Lagoon Reflections
The mist rolling off the lagoon shore into the lagoon slightly obscures the impressive downtown Milwaukee skyline. This photo is a reflection (no pun intended) of one of those perfect one-in-a-million sets of weather conditions that makes me grab my camera and race outdoors!

Skydiver and Calatrava
Aiming to get a photo of an airborne skydiver in front of the Milwaukee Art Museum's outstretched wings, I was timing this photograph to capture him just before he touched down. In a lucky moment, he prepared his legs for landing and he looks like he is a giant figure resting on the Calatrava. Cool! |
Eidelweiss and Calatrava
The Eidelweiss pulls around in front of the Milwaukee Art Museum and the US Bank building. This is a trio of classic Milwaukee icons! |
